Shares of HDFC AMC had surged today even before the September quarter results were announced and further strengthened after the results were announced. It jumped 3.78% to reach ₹5806.15 intra-day. At the consolidated level in the September quarter, HDFC AMC’s net profit jumped 24.60% year-on-year to ₹718.43 crore and operational revenue increased 15.80% to ₹1,027.40 crore. The company will give one share as bonus for every share, the record date of which has been fixed as November 26.
Paytm (One97 Communications). Current Price: ₹1277.30 (+2.65%)
Brokerage firm Axis Capital double upgraded the rating of Paytm from Reduce to Buy and also increased the target price by 57.89% from ₹ 950 to ₹ 1,500, so its price jumped 3.15% to ₹ 1283.60 in intra-day today.
Ola Electric. Current Price: ₹52.58 (+4.99%)
When Ola Electric Mobility announced the launch of its non-vehicle product ‘Ola Shakti’ on October 16 instead of October 17, its shares jumped 5% intra-day to reach the upper circuit of ₹ 52.58 and it closed on the same today.
Aditya Infotech (CP Plus). Current Price: ₹1424.55 (+4.89%)
Shares of CP Plus entered into a partnership with L&T Semiconductor to manufacture next generation IP cameras today jumped 5.96% to ₹1439.00 intra-day. Under this partnership, the target is to manufacture 90 lakh CCTV IP cameras in three years.
Poonawalla Fincorp. Current Price: ₹541.80 (+4.80%)
Poonawala Fincorp raised ₹3002 crore through non-convertible debentures, its shares jumped 5.29% to ₹544.35 in intra-day today. These debentures, having a face value of ₹1 lakh, have been issued in two series through private placement. In this, under the first series, non-convertible debentures worth ₹ 2500 crore have been issued, whose tenure is 1 year 161 days and the annual interest is 7.55%, while under the second series, non-convertible debentures worth ₹ 500 crore have been issued, whose tenure is 1 year 344 days and the annual interest is 7.5285%.

A block deal of over 4.48 lakh shares of Policybazaar parent company PB Fintech at ₹1,674.80 for ₹75.13 crore hit the NSE and today it fell 2.13% to ₹1671.30 intra-day.

When Purple Finance’s two promoters Satyaprakash Pathak and Ranjana Pathak applied to put themselves in the public category from the promoter group, its shares got a shock and today they slipped 4.65% to ₹ 34.01 in intra-day.
