Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2025 to consider the approval of unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year of the financial year 2025-26 ended September 30, 2025.
In a regulatory filing, Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd said that in accordance with the company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons” (Revised), which is framed in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company’s “Trading Window”, which is open for “Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives” and “Insider” from October 1, Closed from 2025, will remain closed for 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
The company said that the said notice is available on the company’s website www.blinv.com.
The meeting will consider the unaudited financial results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year of the financial year 2025-26 ending September 30, 2025.
The company has also announced closure of the trading window.
In accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, to, inter alia, consider the unaudited financial statements for the second quarter and half year of the financial year 2025-26 ended September 30, 2025. The results (both Standalone and Consolidated) will be considered for approval (subject to prior review by the Audit Committee of the Company).
As per our notice dated September 26, 2025, it may be noted that in accordance with the Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons” (Revised), which has been framed in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” of the Company, which is for “Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives” and “Insider” Closed from October 1, 2025, will remain closed for 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
